These lifters are not suited to big lift cams, the factory lifter guides 12595365 are limited in how much lift they can handle. As the lift increases, the guides will not keep the lifter located and you risk potential damage to camshaft, lifters and/or engine. Please check how much engagement these lifters have in your factory guides when the lifter is on the base circle of the cam.

Please use 5251 for bigger lift applications and high power engines

These lifters do not suit Big Block Chev Gen 6 applications

NOTE: Customers must check lifter pre-load on assembly and measure the required length before purchasing push rods.
